Estancia Merlot features a deep garnet color, with aromas of concentrated dark fruit, blueberry, vanilla, and cherry. The palate is well balanced with cherry, cranberry, and marzipan flavors. The finish is long and lingering, with hints of toasted vanilla. Pair with Smoked salmon, goat cheese, nuts, poultry, lamb, or mushrooms.
