We’re proud to introduce our newest single barrel selection, and first ever, Old Forester Barrel Strength Bourbon, an unfiltered, cask-strength expression from one of bourbon’s most iconic names.

This barrel offers an evolving and deeply complex nose. At first pour, it greets you with high-proof intensity and bold barrel wood presence. But after a few minutes of rest in the glass, the edges soften, revealing inviting notes of toffee, butterscotch, stone fruit, and a touch of citrus zest.

On the palate, it surprises, far more elegant and smooth than the 130° proof might suggest. Robust barrel char and oak open the door to caramel, vanilla, and baking spice, all lifted by that signature Old Forester fruitiness. These flavors seem to burst across the palate in waves.

The finish is long and lasting, with lingering notes of charred oak, baking spice, and subtle orange peel.
