Nestled on the sun-drenched hillsides above the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Château Minuty is one of Provence’s most celebrated and storied estates. The Matton-Farnet family has cultivated these terroirs for over 85 years across four generations, and in 1955 they were among the very first estates awarded the prestigious Cru Classé designation, one of only 23 in all of Côtes de Provence. While the world knows Provence almost exclusively for its rosé, those in the know have long treasured Minuty’s whites as some of the region’s finest, hidden gems of elegance, precision, and Mediterranean character.

Prestige Blanc is crafted entirely from Rolle, known internationally as Vermentino, hand-harvested from a careful selection of Minuty’s best Provençal terroirs. Fermentation is conducted at low temperatures to lock in the grape’s natural intensity and aromatics, with no malolactic fermentation performed, preserving every ounce of freshness and vivacity the variety has to offer. The result is a wine that is quintessentially Provençal yet unmistakably Minuty, refined, food-friendly, and built around the elegance of one of the Mediterranean’s most expressive white grapes.

Prestige Blanc pours a luminous pale gold with bright, shimmering highlights that catch the light beautifully. The nose is immediately striking, an aromatic burst of fresh lemon zest, white grapefruit, and sun-warmed white flowers, with delicate undercurrents of white peach, tropical pineapple, and a subtle mineral salinity that speaks directly to its coastal Provençal origins.
