The cultivation of vineyards in a high altitude allows a gradual and gentle ripening of the grapes. The warm days and the cool breeze that descends from the Andes mountains are the key to the elegance of the wines from the Aconcagua Valley. The clay soil has medium to low fertility, and a well-drained subsoil.

70% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks while the remaining 30% in French and American barrels. Before going on the market, the wine is kept in the bottle for at least 3 months.

Viña San Esteban Reserve Chardonnay is an elegant wine with a fine golden, yellow color. Aromas of white peach, pineapple and creamy oak. The palate is full of rich apple and pineapple fruit notes complemented by vanilla and toasted hazelnut from the oak fermentation. Well integrated, full of fruity freshness and vigor.
