Predominantly matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, the whisky has drawn fruity and floral flavours, beautifully balanced by the inclusion of sherry seasoned European oak, which offers a pleasing roasted richness and a touch of astringency. The subtle inclusion of casks that previously held bourbon adds a final sweetness, emulating the dessert wine aromas found in this tea that inspires this single malt.

The Macallan The Harmony Collection Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky pours a warm honey color and opens with aromas of summery peach and apricot, complemented by the rich sweetness of floral honey and intertwined with tropical fruits, toffee, and gentle sweet oak. On the palate, it delivers fresh peaches in rich syrup, warm citrus, and toffee, accompanied by subtle floral notes that lead to a delicate, leafy astringency. The finish is fruity, sweet, and complex, leaving a harmonious, lingering impression at 43% ABV.
