Myers’s Platinum White Rum is made from Jamaican sugarcane that is cooked into molasses. Then, the molasses is fermented and distilled using both continuous and pot still distillation. It is then aged in white oak barrels, carefully blended, and filtered to remove color and smoothen taste.
Myers’s Platinum White Rum is clean and approachable, opening with fresh sugarcane, soft vanilla, and bright citrus on the nose, accented by subtle tropical fruit. The palate is light and smooth, offering gentle sweetness with flavors of vanilla, delicate caramel, toasted coconut, and hints of banana and lemon zest. The finish is crisp and refreshing, leaving lingering notes of vanilla and a touch of mild oak, making it an easy-drinking white rum that shines in classic cocktails while remaining pleasant on its own.
