The name Tails Cocktails and its feather symbol were inspired by the oldest story around the origins of cocktails… when in 1779 a tavern used rooster feathers to stir alcoholic mixed drinks and provide colourful garnishes. These drinks later became known as cock-tails, and we celebrate the rooster’s flamboyant feathers!

Crafted with Eristoff vodka and passionfruit liqueur, Tails Passionfruit Martini Cocktail offers a vibrant and tropical experience. On the nose, it opens with enticing aromas of ripe passionfruit, citrus zest, and a hint of vanilla. The palate is bright and juicy, featuring the bold tang of passionfruit balanced with a smooth vodka base and subtle sweetness. A touch of lime adds refreshing acidity, leading to a clean, zesty finish with lingering tropical fruit notes.
