Description
Canadian Club Chronicles The Dock Man 42 Year Old Whisky
With this 2nd release in the Canadian Club (CC) Chronicles series, we pay tribute to the dock men who operated floating liquor stores & bars aboard their vessels. During prohibition, there were many counterfeit makers of CC, but savvy bar owners and whisky fans knew they could count on the dock men to provide only genuine Canadian Club. With this 42-year-old whisky, we celebrate their uncompromising commitment to origin, authenticity, quality and craftsmanship.
Canadian Club Chronicles The Dock Man 42 Year Old Whisky features a nice amber color. Aromas of robust rye spice, caramel, oak and a hint of char due to whisky being aged for 42 years. The palate is pleasantly warm and slightly sweet with delicate note of brown sugar and baking spices balanced with oak and a rye spice. The finish is complex and rich, with lingering notes of toffee and a subtle tartness on the palate.
