Don Fulano Tequila is an agricultural product. The fruit of five generations of agave farmers and a singular tequila-making heritage which brings together the Highlands of Jalisco and the Valleys of Tequila. Estate-Grown and bottled, it’s entirely made from three ingredients: hand-selected mature agave, proprietary yeast, and natural spring volcanic water.

Born in the Highlands of Jalisco, raised in the Valleys of Tequila. Don Fulano is a product of the Fonseca family whose story begins in the Highlands of Jalisco where their great grandfathers began cultivating agave 140 years ago. Today, respected agave farmers, they also run La Tequileña, one of the highest rated and most awarded tequila distilleries.

Don Fulano is carefully produced from hand selected mature agaves from the family’s estate. Slowly cooked and naturally fermented using proprietary yeast, it is distilled in copper pot stills, and rested in dark European oak before each batch is blended from carefully selected barrels by the master of the cellar and married together before being bottled without additives.

Don Fulano Blanco features a crystal clear color. Bright and lively aromas of floral notes and a light herbaceousness, this tequila opens with a nose of damp red soil and grilled pepper that add warmth and earthiness. On the tongue, it reveals dried harvest and tropical fruit flavors, such as spicy, grilled pineapple, layered over rich, mature highland agave. The finish lingers with an underlying butterscotch note and an almost oily texture that adds depth and complexity.
