Don Q is a pioneer among spirits producers when it comes to cleaner, environmentally conscious production practices. We have invested millions of dollars and significant time and brainpower in the creation and implementation of our distillery’s wastewater treatment system. Connecting a series of self-contained processes into an innovative cycle of wastewater treatment and energy harvest has proved to be a worthwhile challenge.

Bright and robust with a long finish, Don Q Reserva 7 is a radiant aged Puerto Rican rum crafted from an exceptional blend of rums aged a minimum of 7 years in American white oak barrels. Rich in flavor and character, the special care and flawless craft that go into its creation make this rum the ideal companion at any gathering.

On the nose, it reveals rich aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel, complemented by subtle hints of dried fruit and spice. The palate is smooth and well-rounded, with flavors of toffee, honey, dark sugar, and a touch of baking spice layered over a core of mellow oak and mature rum character. The finish is long, warm, and lingering, with notes of vanilla and oak fading into a soft sweetness. This seven-year-aged rum is both complex and approachable, ideal for sipping neat or enhancing classic rum cocktails.
