El Dorado is produced by Demerara Distillers Limited in Guyana, home to some of the oldest and rarest stills in the rum world, including wooden pot stills dating back centuries. The brand draws on this heritage to craft rums with exceptional depth and character, distilled and aged along the Demerara River using traditions passed down for generations.

Laid down in oak barrels for a minimum of three years, this rum is then double filtered through natural charcoal to strip away color while preserving the rich character built up during aging.
