This Single Barrel of Elijah Craig was bottled specifically for our store, Elma Wine & Liquor.

It’s a new year, and we are excited to share the store picks we have lined up for the first quarter of 2026. To kick things off, we selected a 9-year, 94° single barrel of Elijah Craig, aged in the heart of the rick house. This bourbon delivers all the quintessential Elijah Craig character, rich oak, warm spice, and a gently sweet finish that keeps you coming back. Approachable yet expressive, it offers exceptional value for its age and profile, making it a standout choice for both seasoned collectors and everyday bourbon drinkers alike.

Our Elijah Craig Single Barrel 9 Year Bourbon pours a rich honey amber in color, opening on the nose with forward notes of oak, cinnamon, and honey, followed by gentle hints of stone fruit and light baking spice that add depth without overpowering. On the palate it is sweet and exceptionally smooth on entry, led by oak and cinnamon, with subtle rye spice emerging mid palate to provide balance and structure while allowing the natural sweetness to remain the focal point. The finish is medium in length, lingering with warm caramel and a soft, gradually fading spice.
