Produced by Fischer Distillery, this verte absinthe is crafted in the classic style, with its natural green hue achieved by steeping herbs such as petit wormwood in the finished spirit. At 65% ABV, it embodies both authenticity and boldness, offering an experience that is rooted in European absinthe culture.

Mephisto is built on a foundation of grand wormwood, anise, fennel, and additional herbs and spices, which together create a complex and aromatic spirit. On the nose, expect herbaceous tones with notes of cinnamon, sage, and a hint of mint, layered over a fresh green backdrop. When louched with cold water, the spirit transforms into a pale opalescent green, softening its intensity.
