It’s crafted from the Stars Range with the highest percentage of sweet Muscat wine, specifically from Samos, combined with fine distilled wine and Mediterranean botanicals. This blend creates a notably rich and round fruity sweetness.

On the nose, expect aromas of ripe peach, prune, and delicate dry florals. The palate unfolds layers of citrus, stone fruits, dried fruit, floral notes, spices, vanilla, and toffee. It finishes prolonged and generous with a distinctly fruity flourish.

A standout creation is the “Greek Spritz”, a refreshing blend of METAXA 7 Stars, prosecco, tonic, and peach bitters (or juice), garnished with a peach wedge and seasonally enhanced with star anise or jasmine.

Its creation is a multistep process: exclusive Samos Muscat wine is blended with top-tier wine distillates. These are macerated with Mediterranean herbs and botanicals for a year, then married and aged together before bottling.
