Nulu Limited Edition Honey Finished Bourbon Whiskey

Every spirit we create is hand-tended with meticulous attention to detail in small batches of 53 gallons. It allows us to bring out the desired flavors, cut out batch multiple times, and make changes as necessary to aspire to near-perfection. Guests can experience our creations from distillation to bottle to glass, as all our operations take place at our Baxter Avenue Facility. We hope locals from Kentucky and Indiana especially appreciate the names we chose for the release of our Louisville neighborhoods.

Barrels used to age local honey for 3, 6, and sometimes 12 months are filled with single barrel bourbon to be finished until peak flavor maturity. The honey barrel imparts a nostalgic sweetness that is very savory and sometimes floral with a long finish that begs to be revisited. Enjoy in moderation if you can.

Nulu Limited Edition Honey Finished Bourbon Whiskey Notes To Your Senses:

• APPEARANCE: Golden amber
• AROMA: Red fruit and clove progressing to pure rye bread/grain notes, black and white pepper
• TASTE: Dryish entry, developing clove and horehound candy notes, with the rye bread carrying from the aroma; chewy, broad texture
• FINISH: Long and lingering, with honey-bun-like cinnamon sweetness, balanced by spice and oak for an inviting, smooth fade
• ABV: 57%
