Born of the finest rums, each is hand-selected from the Caribbean and Central, South, and North America. They are then married together in our proprietary solera blending process. Papa’s Pilar represents the original spirit of rum. Bold and well-traveled, just like Papa.

Papa’s Pilar Spanish Sherry Cask Finished Rum delivers a bold and refined profile shaped by its extended finishing in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. On the nose, it opens with rich aromas of dried fruits alongside hints of toasted oak, vanilla, and sweet spice. The palate is smooth and luxurious, offering layers of dark chocolate, maple, roasted nuts, and a touch of leather, complemented by the deep fruitiness imparted by the sherry casks. Subtle notes of cinnamon, honey, and orange peel add complexity. The finish is long, warm, and slightly nutty, with lingering sweetness and a refined oak presence.
