Penelope Bourbon was crafted and created in a classic American tradition – to celebrate an impending birth of a child. In 2018, Mike Paladini and his wife, Kerry, found out they were expecting a baby girl, Penelope.  To commemorate this occasion, Mike quickly realized he wanted to create a spirit that embodied the daily joy of celebrating life’s pleasures – big and small.

The Penelope Blackberry Old Fashioned is made with straight bourbon and rye whiskey, black walnut bitters, and vanilla demerara. This is our modern take on a classic cocktail. Delicious and always ready to pour.

• APPEARANCE: Deep amber with a reddish hue
• AROMA: Ripe blackberry preserves, orange zest, warm baking spice and a touch of vanilla
• TASTE: Rich blackberry sweetness, smooth caramel and vanilla, with rye spice and hints of dark cherry
• FINISH: Smooth and lingering, with soft oak and light berry tartness
• ABV: 38%
