Savage & Cooke Elma Wine & Liquor Single Barrel Select Bourbon

This barrel of Savage and Cook Bourbon was selected by our staff and customers! Aged a minimum of 4 years and bottled at cask strength, 125.4°.  Aromas of stone fruit, oak, caramel and toffee jump from the glass. The first sip is oak forward with undertones of caramel. A warming spice lingers on the mid palate and lingers for a long finish. This is one whiskey that will truly open up with a few drops of water, or sipped slowly on the rocks!
