Shibui Single Grain whiskies are a reflection of the Japanese distilleries in Okinawa who distill the grains of the land and make whisky unlike any other.
Shibui Pure Malt 10 Year Old Japanese Whisky is crafted from malted barley and distilled in a traditional double copper pot still, which helps retain its rich flavors. It undergoes cask maturation in a unique combination of ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and Japanese Mizunara oak casks, imparting a depth of character.

Shibui Pure Malt 10 Year Old Japanese Whisky features a radiant copper color. Aromas refined with hints of almond, ginger, and caramel cookies. On the palate are notes of creamy with notes of coffee, and rich dark chocolate. Complex and lingering finish with lingering notes of spiced oak.
