Description
Château Vircoulon Bordeaux Blanc
Château Vircoulon has been a family property for four generations. Originally producing many different crops when Patrick Hospital took it over in 1983, he turned it over entirely to wine-growing. Nowadays, he manages the property with his wife.
This new vintage deploys a nice color with bright hints. The nose reveals scents of white and citrus fruits. The palate is well-structured with a lot of flesh and amplitude, and a pleasant liveliness on the finish. Pair nicely with oysters, skewered fish or with marinated white meats. This wine will be ideal with a good selection of cheeses, such as Cantal, sheep or goat cheese.
