The 2025 vintage got off to a strong start with a wet winter that recharged the soils ahead of a normal bud break in April. Early season warmth pushed along fruit set and flavor development, while cooler temperatures later in the summer helped the grapes hold onto their natural acidity and freshness. Rain arrived in October and moved up harvest timing, but the fruit had already reached excellent ripeness at relatively low sugar levels, setting the stage for a vintage defined by clean, aromatic whites with vivid fruit character and bright, balanced acidity. The wine is sourced from vineyards across Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake, Santa Barbara, San Joaquin and San Benito counties, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and aged six months entirely in stainless steel to keep the focus on fresh fruit rather than oak influence.
