Domaine Saint Vincent is an organically farmed estate based in Vinsobres, a village in the northern Drôme Provençale, within the Côtes du Rhône Villages appellation. Situated along the terraced slopes below the hillsides of Vinsobres, the estate benefits from a classic Mediterranean-influenced climate, warm, sun-drenched summers tempered by the cool mistral winds that define this part of the Southern Rhône. The 2024 vintage, though demanding in the vineyard, has yielded wines of genuine promise, marked by bright fruit, lively tension, and excellent balance.

The estate’s white wine is a Viognier-led blend of four traditional Rhône varieties, grown in clay soils interspersed with small pebble patches that promote excellent drainage and sun exposure. All grapes are harvested entirely by hand in small 10 kg boxes, allowing for direct selection of the healthiest fruit on the vine. Yields are kept to a strict maximum of 30 HL/ha to ensure concentrated aromatics and quality. Following gentle pressing and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, this wine is crafted to be fresh, aromatic, and immediately enjoyable, equally at home as an aperitif or at the dinner table.
