The family-run company was founded in the late sixties thanks to Cavaliere Milziade Antano , one of the leading figures in the history of Sagrantino . Tradition, innovation, territory, lots of passion and great sensitivity, are the guiding words in everyday work. The winery boasts some of the most beautiful vineyards in the area, such as the now famous cru Colleallodole, in the heart of a land of millenarian tradition in the production of wine and oil. The name Colleallodole is inspired by the migration of the larks, which in October have always crossed the hills and slopes of these hills. Going up from Bevagna towards Montefalco, the country that gives the name to the name, you can admire the vineyards of the Company. There are about 20 hectares of vineyards; it is hilly terrain, characterized by a mild, breezy climate, where the sun illuminates the vineyards both in the morning and in the afternoon; of medium-clay mixture, they never exceed in compactness and heaviness.

Position and exposure allow a good ripening of grapes and tannins, characterizing these wines for their unmistakable elegance. In the field and in the cellar you work in a traditional way, without the use of chemicals. Everyday work is aimed at the realization of a production, which in the continuous respect of the authenticity of the traditions, is able to consolidate both the position at the national level, making the image of the wine of Umbria strong, and at the international level, enhancing the production philosophy of native vines.
