Description
Oberon Napa Cabernet Sauvignon
At Oberon, the philosophy is straightforward: source the finest fruit from Napa’s most celebrated growing regions and let the land do the talking. Winemaker Tony Coltrin has spent years cultivating relationships across Napa County’s diverse appellations, using that deep knowledge to craft wines that are approachable, layered, and consistently impressive. The result is a Cabernet Sauvignon that reflects the full breadth of what Napa County has to offer at an exceptional value.
Napa County is home to some of the most coveted winegrowing land in the world, where a remarkable diversity of soils and microclimates allows winemakers to craft wines of extraordinary complexity. From the sparse volcanic hillside soils to the deep alluvial deposits of the valley floor, each pocket of Napa contributes something unique to the glass. Tony drew fruit from across this remarkable landscape, including Oakville, Oak Knoll, Yountville, Suscol Ridge, Chiles Valley, Pope Valley, and Capell Valley.
Napa County
As one of California’s most storied wine regions, Napa County encompasses a wide range of growing environments spread across a relatively compact area. This diversity of elevation, soil type, and sun exposure gives winemakers the raw material to craft wines of remarkable depth, balance, and character, making it one of the most sought-after appellations in the world.
