Since 2001, Pascal Jolivet has engaged a profound reflection on Attitude. The idea was to create a high quality Loire collection not especially from Sancerre area but from the Loire Valley, the best terroir in the world for the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. Pascal Jolivet’s dedication to this grape led him to a rich region in terms of history and heritage, near the gorgeous Châteaux of Cheverny and Chambord.

Attitude Rosé is a precise blending of Pinot Noir (dominant), Cabernet Franc and Gamay. The grapes are selected and shorted by hand with the utmost carefulness to keep the healthiest berries. Attitude Rosé is the result of traditional wine making techniques from grapes grown in the Loire Valley. The vineyard soils are a mix of chalk and calcareous clay, with the potential to give Attitude lovely fruit aromas and freshness on the palate. Attitude Rosé offers this unique sensual color thanks to direct pressing. The thermo-regulated vinification provides a great freshness and a nice crispness to the wine.

Attitude Rosé shows a brilliant, pure pink in color. The three varietal blend comes together to form a wine of medium body, fleshy fruit, herbs and plum.
