Eternal Wines was founded in 2014 by Brad Binko, a Buffalo, New York native who studied at Northeastern University and the University at Buffalo before completing the enology and viticulture program at Walla Walla Community College. A certified sommelier, Brad ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, South Carolina before relocating to Walla Walla, Washington to build his own winery. His background as a working sommelier across Washington’s AVAs shapes the way he sources fruit, favoring sites that speak clearly to place and varietal character.

In the glass, this Red White & Buffalo Red Blend pours a deep ruby that deepens toward garnet at the edges, hinting at the richness to come. The nose unfolds with dark blackberry and black cherry, layered with warm cedar and a whisper of baking spice. On the palate, it’s full bodied and generous, offering ripe dark fruit rounded out by a touch of vanilla, all held together by the structured tannins characteristic of a Columbia Valley Cabernet blend. The finish lingers long and firm, closing with a savory, earthy edge that lasts well after the last sip.
