Description
Red White & Buffalo Riesling
Eternal Wines was founded in 2014 by Brad Binko, a Buffalo, New York native who studied at Northeastern University and the University at Buffalo before completing the enology and viticulture program at Walla Walla Community College. A certified sommelier, Brad ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, South Carolina before relocating to Walla Walla, Washington to build his own winery. His background as a working sommelier across Washington’s AVAs shapes the way he sources fruit, favoring sites that speak clearly to place and varietal character.
Red White & Buffalo is Eternal Wines’ tribute to hometown pride. Winemaker Brad Binko and label designer J Galenti both grew up in the 716 and remain devoted, long suffering Buffalo sports fans, and the bottle carries that spirit onto the shelf. This release is a 100 percent Riesling sourced from a blend of Columbia Valley vineyards, crafted in an off dry style with 6 months of tank aging to preserve the variety’s natural fruit and acidity.
Red White & Buffalo Riesling Notes to Your Senses
- APPEARANCE: Pale straw yellow with a bright, clear core, typical of a young Columbia Valley Riesling.

- TASTE: An off dry palate with ripe stone fruit and citrus flavors balanced by the grape’s signature crisp acidity, keeping the wine refreshing rather than heavy (inferred).
- FINISH: Clean and moderately long, with the acidity carrying the fruit through to a crisp finish (inferred).
