Silver Grove Ranch Chardonnay

The 2023 Silver Grove Ranch Chardonnay is a handcrafted limited release California white wine that delivers a beautiful balance of richness and freshness. Crafted from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Viognier, it opens with aromas of ripe pear, golden apple, and citrus blossom, unfolding with hints of vanilla, toasted oak, and crème brûlée. On the palate, layers of stone fruit and lemon curd are supported by a creamy mid-palate and lifted by bright acidity. The finish is long, polished, and beautifully integrated.

Fermented using a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation for added texture and complexity, the wine was then aged for six months in French oak barrels with 20% new oak and partial malolactic fermentation, lending it its signature creaminess and depth. Best served lightly chilled at around 55°F, it pairs wonderfully with pan-seared scallops, roast chicken, or creamy pasta dishes.
