Crafted by Evergreen Family Wines, a family owned Washington operation farming over 3,000 estate acres across the Wahluke Slope and Ancient Lakes of Columbia Valley AVAs. Simply wines are built to be elevated without the elevated cost, with minimal oak treatment that keeps them modern, fresh, and approachable.

This 100% chardonnay is sourced from the Ancient Lakes AVA, where a significant deposit of caliche rock provides excellent drainage and helps produce some of the most unique aromatic white wines in the world. Fermented entirely in stainless steel with two months of lees aging, it’s crafted in a Chablis style.
