Grown in the Awatere Valley of Marlborough the grapes were harvested early in maturation to ensure a moderate alcohol. The juice was separated from the skins quickly to maintain a focused vibrancy.Fermented at cool temperatures to ensure a freshness and zesty style. This Sauvignon Blanc offers a lighter twist, thanks to its early harvest and moderate profile, without sacrificing any flavour. Pale green colour, lifted snow pea, ripe lime and sea spray aromas. The palate is fresh and vibrant with lightness and zest. Refreshing and easy drinking.
