Description
Valdinera Roero Arneis Azienda Agricola Goy White DOCG
Azienda Agricola Valdinera was founded in 1988 by Careglio Giuseppe in Corneliano d’Alba, in the Roero district of Piedmont’s Cuneo province. Now run by the fourth generation of the family, the estate farms 20 hectares of hillside vineyards shaped by “le Rocche,” the steep ravines that define the Roero landscape and give each parcel its own exposure and terroir. The Goy bottling comes from vines grown in sandy soil laced with veins of tuff, hand-harvested in the second half of September. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, a method built to protect Arneis’s natural freshness and aromatic character.
