It shows a lovely ruby red color with bright highlights. The nose is expressive and aromatic, offering notes of spice and fresh red fruits. On the palate, the wine is fresh and supple, supported by perfectly soft tannins that provide balance and elegance. It pairs beautifully with charcuterie and white meats such as Basque-style chicken or Milanese veal escalope.
