Marjim Manor A Pear Made In Heaven is made from pears. It is the signature wine for 2004. It celebrates the Bittner’s 25th Wedding Anniversary. The Pears themselves were grown on the farm of which Jim is President, Singer Farms.

The Winery at Marjim Manor is located in Western New York’s fruit belt. This Woman Operated Winery is owned by Margo Sure Bittner. The Marjim name comes from a blending of her first name with that of her husband, Jim. It was a name they created 25 years ago when they began dairy farming.
