Knob Creek Smoked Maple was created in honor of Booker Noe, the founder of Knob Creek, who was known not just for crafting big, bold small-batch bourbon but for smoking his own meats and making his own maple syrup on the family property in Bardstown. Released in 2013 as Knob Creek’s first flavored expression, this bourbon takes that legacy of nine-year-aged, deeply charred oak whiskey and infuses it with natural smoked maple flavor after distillation, honoring Noe’s love of pairing bourbon with maple and smoke.

The result is a full-bodied, dessert-leaning bourbon built for easy sipping neat, on the rocks, or worked into a fall or winter cocktail.
