This sparkling rosé is a California blend of French Colombard, Syrah, Riesling, Barbera and Zinfandel. It comes from Director of Winemaking Margo Van Staaveren, who describes it as a celebration in a glass, with lively bubbles that capture joy and elegance. It is fresh enough to sip on its own and has enough structure to pair with creamy dishes, cheese, cured meats, white meats or fish.
