Les Sarrins Cote De Provence Rosé
With Les Sarrins Rosé, we set out to leverage Bruno Paillard’s expertise to produce a wine that is Pure Provence. A wine that shows off the best attributes of this appellation, making it synonymous with the greatest Rosé in the world. Grapes are grown in the perfect microclimate, close to the Alps and Mediterranean Sea resulting in a fresh, bright, floral Rosé of beautiful balance. Only grapes from the top parts of the AOP are selected for our production.
This Côtes de Provence rosé is crafted from Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, offering a well-balanced profile with expressive bouquets of grapefruit, tangerine, and white fruits. The palate shows lovely roundness and freshness, leading to a clean, long citrus-driven finish. With 13% alcohol, it is perfect as an aperitif or paired with Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
