Description
Moët Imperial Brut Champagne
Moët Impérial is the House’s iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon’s unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
Created from more than 100 different wines, with 20% to 30% reserve wines carefully selected to enhance maturity, complexity, and consistency, this assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of Champagne’s three classic grape varieties, combining the body of Pinot Noir (30–40%), the suppleness of Pinot Meunier (30–40%), and the finesse of Chardonnay (20–30%).
Golden straw yellow with green highlights, this wine opens with a sparkling bouquet marked by vibrant notes of green apple and citrus, complemented by refreshing mineral nuances and white flowers, and refined by elegant blond notes of brioche, cereal, and fresh nuts. The palate is generous yet subtle, offering the delicious richness of white-fleshed fruits such as pear, peach, and apple, carried by the alluring caress of fine bubbles and lifted by lively citrus and delicate hints of gooseberry.
